Hello internet world! Let me give you a refresher course in Trisha life since my last post:

Graduated. Done. Now time to see what I really want out of life.

End of the Year show, was whatever. Yearbook got printed in time for the show and it looks pretty good. It marks the first official collaboration between C. Mayo, Colleen, and I.

Went to Savannah. Don’t want to go back for more than a few days at a time anymore. It freaks me out.

As for studio? Final decision is that I am not cut out to work for a traditional industrial design firm. Done. I said it. I do however want to design. How this is going to work out is going to be worked out soon.stay tuned…

I drew this for a bookmark/leave behind thing for my portfolio. It turned out to be a little too…simplistic? My name is screwing it up also – I originally drew it by hand but that was off too.

The subject matter was my attempt to visualize my interest in the fusion of the urban environment and the natural environment. I think it ended up being a reversal of roles, the buildings evoking weediness…

adjusting to new cyber-lite life.

so my life has changed quite a bit in the past few weeks. i have gone from checking my email seven times a day to checking it once every three days. good thing? bad thing? jury is still out. doesn’t keep my blog too entertaining. but it is summer time. everyone is officially excused for not checking it for extended periods of time- if they are outside having fun.

on a unrelated note, my grasp of the english language has also drasically declined. fo real. maybe it is all the hanging with nine year olds? or four months of singlish? or even the fact that I haven’t taken an english class in three years? Blogging certainlly does not help. I have tried to stop typing but I find pictures don’t always say it right for me. Even when I do type out a full sentence, I am usually somehow bastardizing(ex.) the language.  so from now on proper english. proper writing can be just as entertaining as making up funny words. vague californifaction ref.
